PARKING POLICY:

Visitors parking vouchers are now being provided so clients can park on the MAIN ROAD and on the premises when parking on main road is full. Morrisons at the top of the Sutton High Street is temporarily closed - so parking is not available there at the moment but busses stop on Grove Road and near Sutton station which is not a far walk from there. THANK YOU for your co-operation.

NEW CLIENTS - please click the NEW CLIENTS tab. It is vital that all the sections of the client form are completed so we can correctly identify you (as part of GDPR legislation and ICO protection). This means we will ask for personal details like mobile, address, email. We will also ask for your medical history - this will enable us to assess you properly and safely and provide you with the appropriate treatment. All data/forms are stored confidentially and securely. Please note that 24-hours cancellation notice applies, and we reserve the right to charge full price if sufficient notice is not given. When not to have a massage: Fever, nausea, infection, bad cold, diarrhoea, vomiting, cancer, recent major surgery / stroke or any other medical condition that may cause danger to you if you have a massage.

What to expect at your first session

For first time patients, Sharon will go through your client form to discuss any medical issues and injuries and/or where necessary carry out a postural assessment and a range of motion tests to identify areas of pain or discomfort. This is important for first time clients so we can fully understand how to treat you.

PLEASE NOTE: This will eat into the appointment time so please arrive 5-minutes early so we can recoup some of that time. As with most appointments your hour includes dressing/undressing for the appointment. The follow up session is quicker as we won't need to go through the client form again, we'd address current issues going on.

A range of massage techniques will be applied to loosen fascia and separate fibrous tissue, allowing the muscles to start relaxing. Where appropriate other techniques will be applied to stretch or lengthen the muscle, giving better mobility and movement to the muscles and soft tissue.
